Opening of P4 Multi-Level Parking: Early Opening for Our Summer Customers

Japan Airport Terminal are moving construction forward to convert a P4 parking, located at the front of the annex, into a multi-level structure, concurrently with the annex construction of Haneda Airport Terminal 2. We wish to announce that parking for an additional 1,600 cars will be available by August 4, 2010, ahead of our original schedule, to bring more conveniences to our customers and moderate road congestion at the airport during summer when traffic soars. This will grow the capacity of P4 parking to almost 2,400 cars when added to the existing P4 multi-level parking, which is connected by this overpass.

This parking will be connected to Terminal 2 Annex by an overpass when the annex opens on October 13th, and our new services will bring more conveniences to meet customer needs, which include kennel, Private personal parking, charger stands for electric cars, and introduction of a reservations system for our customers during hours of congestion.

Furthermore, energy efficiency measures were implemented as part of our environmental action including solar cell panels on building tops as power source for our lighting.

Japan Airport Terminal will continue to improve the services to our customers and grow our airport terminal into an enjoyable facility.

3. Structure: Automated parking. Six-storied, steel-enforced concrete structure + steel structure
4. Capacity: Approx 1,600 cars (Ref. Existing P4 multi-level parking: Approx 800 cars; Total: Approx 2,400 cars)
5. Fee: Standard cars, 200 yen/ 30 mins (discounts available including international flight discount)
6. Operator: Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. (Ota-Ku, Tokyo)

New services from October 13th

Reservations system, private personal parking, kennel and dog run, high and normal speed chargers for electric cars, and toilet for guide and assistant dogs (pets allowed)
